LBP3 DLC Issues

So I just got on to check the the store and finally see that on PS4 the costumes of the previous game installment's DLCs are coming. I began downloading a few of them but then discovered something else that they still need to fix which is that several of the DLC's which I all ready own acroos the first two games are asking to be payed for again. Anyone else having this issue?

Patch still isn't out yet. This issue was already since the release of LBP3.

Yea I'm having that problem too but it's kinda strange that I have like frozen pack and when I go lbp3 sack boy sphen won't work on there but only odd sock version dose work
