I was in create mode and the game crashed. I booted it back up and now it says my profiles corrupt....what do I do to "uncorrupt" it?

well... you can't. sorry :/ just be sure to continuously back up your profile from now on and be sure not to shut off your system right after you leave a level. there are many bugs that need to be patched and lots of people are getting their profiles corrupted. sorry for the bad news

When it says game progression what does that mean? Will I have saved costumes or does everything go? @nerd_dog

Also if a patch comes out that fixes corruption, could I just wait for that to come out? I have completed the story and aced most levels so I really don't want to restart @nerd_dog

I'm not 100% sure, but there's a great chanche you have to do EVERYTHING all over. Sorry for the inconvinience. :/

I hope they fix the whole system bug before Christmas because thats when mostly more people are gonna get lbp3 abd they dont want to be stuck like you guys are with the corruptions and crashes.

im already haveing the bugs in lbp2 and its only a small minor ones like letting the screansaver go on and a few mins later it crashes.

unfortunately, all I can say is that @Sound Friction is right. And for a patch that fixes a corrupted profile, i'm sorry but it can't work that way. You will need to do the story over to get everything back. But if you do, be sure to continuously back up that profile . if you don't know how, make sure your in your own pod, go to settings in the start menu, go down to " My Profile " and then select the back up profile option.
