Do they still have the sliding gel and Brain Crane?

I forget the name of the gel material, but you can stick to it and slide. It came with one of the level packs.
And I don't see the brain crane either. Maybe I'm not seeing them be ause all my DLC hadn't loaded yet because of the ongoing issues with last DLC, but I thought those basic things would have already COME with LBP3. |

Well where are they?
I've unlocked 95% of evetything. Which level are they unlocked in? The brain Crane should be available at the start, isn't it? |

all dlc should come with lbp3 but they're fixing this problem it's a glitch btw
