In LBP3 there's this tool that allows people watching a LBP3 stream via Twitch to interact with the level by typing in chat. I don't know how it works but I'm guessing if enough people type something then it activates whatever logic you want.

When I went to Futuroscope, which is a theme park with virtual rides, one of the things there was a game of Pong that an audience of 100 could play together using red and green paddles. If you wanted your side's racket to go up you showed the green side of the paddle and vice versa. I think something like that could work in chat as well.

Another interesting possibility are large turn based games. Imagine a big grid with 30 audience-controlled pieces that can move up, down, left and right. Each time a command is made in chat control is moved to the next piece. If 2 pieces hit each other on the grid both die, the last one alive wins.

It would also be cool if there was a level full of audience-controlled minigames like these and they could vote to play a new one whenever they wanted by typing the name in chat.

Of course, everyone would cheat and spam the chat and stuff but it'd probably still be a laugh.

This is actually the first I've heard of this. sounds like they have something cool planned
