Help with quests

Hi, I`m Son0fSparda. I'm very familiar with LBP series, logic, etc. But when I entered the Create Mode, I just freaked out when i saw the 16 layers and all the new stuff. The point is that i want to make an adventure with questa but i don't understand them. This in-game video tutorial doesnt explain much. Can somebody help me understand that.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't even touched the quest maps. I'm sure that it's fairly straight forward. Not that I plan on using it yet but, I would appreciate a brief rundown on this as well.
