Do you use a capture card to record your videos?
I might just use DVR and hook it up, but if I want some better quality I'll have to buy more splitters. Which cost like 5-10 bucks each, and I'll need to find a shop nearby.

I made a better lightning strike effect : ) As well as rain with floor impact : )
For the lightning, I'f recommend a less white look, seeing lightning irl actually tends to learn towards purple rather than white. It kind of made it a bit ugly, but nonetheless still cool.
I suck at clouds, I just have no idea how you crazy wizards did it...

Rain impact is actually easy now! Danx87 actually made a tutorial on it, but I can briefly describe how to do it here. You get a piece of weather material, and have you noticed you can change from, Rain, Snow, and Impact? At first, I had no idea what "Impact" was useful for, it was just a bunch of spikey whatimijigers appearing all over the material. Then I soon discovered that if you add a piece of "Impact" weather material, tweaked to the right settings, and just about a Big Grid square tall, right above a material or object (yes, it does not work when touching), it gives a very nice rain impact effect! Tomorrow we have a holiday in Germany, so I will have a lot of time to work on my tutorial, I'm hoping that this weekend an end will be in sight!

Danx's tutorials are very good, yet basic. If you have a high understanding of logic, you should be able to create theories in 5 seconds! Like me!
