Sonys giving me bad customer service.

(I joined today, since I'm a fan of LBP)
Today I'd like to discuss the customer service of Sony. I (not too) recently got new PS3 since my old one got an un fixable YLOD. and an issue I got is, I don't remember my account email. All of my emails are used by my brother and my account was made by my other brother back then, so I don't know the date of birth. I contacted Sony asking for my email, and the worst part is, they won't talk to me unless I give them an email! I gave multiple evidence that account belonged to me, like address used, credit card info/proof of purchase, and more, but sadly that didn't work. I was just wondering what I can do to receive my account back. Also something worse, the person I was talking to allowed me to give the specific info and was not even relevant later on, they just flat out ignored me. They also asked for the code thing (forgot the name) on the back of the PS3, sadly it was faded. I did indeed, though, give them my brother's info with was on the same PS3 and they still ignored me and said the info was not valid, even though it was! I spent A LOT of money on that account and unsatisfied with the service Sony gave me. Is there ANYTHING I can do to receive my account back? I also gave them my old email that used to be used for the account. My old account is:Evil_monkey57 (I would post my new account name, but it may seem insensitive) |
