Not getting new materials

I transferred my LBP1 and 2 progress over. I originally thought this stopped new materials from LBP3. But it's not.
I made a new save and I don't get ANY new materials from LBP3. I get new items but not materials. What do I do? |

Oh man, this hasn't happend ever before, but you can the following: check if you're on the latest update, be sure to have "collect community prizes" on.
If this doesn't work, maybe someone else knows something or try contacting SumoDigital Ltd. and report the bug. |
