I downloaded lbp3 and can run it under my master account, but my kids cannot run it under their sub accounts as it shows locked. Surely they don't expect me to buy 3 copies?!? If I had the disc I assume it would work under any sub account. What gives?

I'm pretty sure this would work, but if it doesn't. Buying disc games is a way to be 100% sure this doesn't happen.

That could be it. Upon checking my settings I noticed that my current PS4 is not my primary system. I must not have deactivated a system I got and returned about a year ago. I guess I need to contact Sony in order to resolve this. According to your link that should fix the problem. Thanks in advance. I will advise.

Nope. Had to unregistere all devices, the re activate the ps4 as primary. Worked great! Thanks. Nice to have some success after psn getting hacked!
