Cannot get LittleBigPlanet Cap or Run Sackboy Run! Shirt

As the title says, I cannot get my LittleBigPlanet Cap or RSBR shirt in LBP3. I own them both, but cannot get them. Please help!

They are not on the store yet
 you have to wait for it to update in order for you to get them.But don't worry, you didn't lose them. |

I think that coming patches focus on the DLC thing so this should be fixed too

Alright. Except this happens to my other DLC. I have to go to the PS Store to download them. I thought they patched that problem.
