Hey! My daughter and I can't play together anymore since I've been getting this "A player failed to load your profile" error. It just started happening out of the blue. It's pretty aggravating. Any ideas?

Can player one load their profile, or can only player two do this? What you might try is first backing up the profile (USB or PS+), delete the game, re-install the game and import profile. If this doesn't work, someone else might have an idea, and if those ideas don't work, try contacting SumoDigital.

OK. It's odd, I can load my profile, but she can't log in with me. I can log in with her as the lead player, but she doesn't seem to be able to collect prize bubbles successfully anymore. I'll try what you suggested.

Deleting her profile worked; had to catch up again with some prize bubbles. I should have waited to see if 1.04 fixed it!
