On ps4 keep losing data. It's usually just my adventure data but I have been backing up my created levels just in case. Yesterday I tried to play local coop with a friend and he signed into his psn. Over wired connection it worked fine. We later took my console downstairs and had to use WiFi. The moment he signed in the game closed. When we fired it back up I had lost everything. Even the adventure I have spent 50+ hours so far working on. When I try to import them it says there was an unexpected error. I kept trying and one level eventually imported (after failing countless times) but there are still 5 more levels that I put a lot of time and effort into that are yet to import. Is there a fix or should I just keep trying and hope it eventually works? Please help.

there's ways to actually backup your whole profile using cloud save or something ( i'm not a PS4 user ) . you may want to look into that. as for the others, keep trying I suppose. backing up your whole profile works a lot better for this

You mean the PS+ storage.

Thanks for the replies. I backed my levels up on my hard drive so I'm just going to keep trying to import. Can't find an in game option to back up my profile though.

There is none, since SONY don't want their PS4 users to have access to stuff like they had on PS3. This will come eventually.

I meant in-game. But you can back-up trough USB or PS+ cloud.

I tried a database rebuild and the main level imported. Still can't import the cutscenes but at least the part I put the most time into is safe. I then backed it up again and put a 1 at the end of the title and that backup works flawlessly. Hopefully I'll be able to get the rest eventually too.
