This is a really weird contest. Why does it have to be copyable, everybody could publish the lvls by themself or steal gameplay and other things from the lvl. Such a rule is a no-go in a contest!

Pardon, but no. I wouldn't believe in a million years this isn't some sort of scam. Copyable levels for contest, like Sandro said are a HUGE no. And seeing a level in create mode makes the whole "LBP Magic" disappear.

Plus you're not going to be the only one able to copy. You're just gonna give spammers a new sets of levels to burn out.
And I or anyone in a healthy state of mind wouldn't create a level for one creator's rating, when you can multiply it by just advertising on a forum.

You'd have to own the DLC used in every level to even enter create mode. If you don't own the DLC, it'll automatically send you to play mode. What if someone puts a sackbot with a rare hat or a crown in the level? I'm sure you don't have those.

ya no offence but this might be a spam to get more good levels to lattin_player_10 so he can spam cool pages with more stolen platformers u might not do this but some one else can i say cancle the idea DONT DO IT
