Yeah, you have to long onto LBP.me that day. I was at my Uncle's house during Tom's Bday pin...

you can forget the spaff day pin. Been trying for a year to get it to work. Played on that day, posted photoshopped pics in the LBPC and PL threads and everyone was supposed to be rewarded with it, but it never came.

You get it by logging on LBP.me on September 17th. It did not work last year because it was not out.

Today is Spaff Appreciation Day! I just got the Pin just by entering LBP2.

Nope, lol. Those competition pins are not "deserved". But Sackie Pin and other stuff are mostly. Also he's a Wiki Curator and LBP Wiki is under LBPC so maybe he does have it because of that too.
