I don't think people are hating over a cap? you can get one buying one of the Qore episodes on the PS Store. I got mine that way.

Only in the US store. In Europe or anywhere else you can not buy it. For a long time only americans had the cap but when StevenI started giving out codes on twitter for special things the first people from europe had it. And in my opinion it is the most rare costume in europe. I won one but I gave the code to LBF as a prize for LBFC2. |

what the heck is this topic? Are you asking if the cap should be free? Nah. I have one. I was awarded it for some reason. I think the rare DLC should remain rare, as in NOT free and NOT able to buy it. I missed out on the day 1 shirt, oh well. I don't think I should be able to buy it or for it to just be given to me.
