Where do you find the DC comics level pack for LBPV?

I looked in the ingame store and it said the content was only compatible with LBP3, then I looked on the playstation store website and there was only a season pass I could find.
Does it not exist anymore or something?  Cause I wanna play those levels and get those items too.

There should be a DC Comics Premium Level Pack for the Vita in the PS Vita Store.
