Hello Everyone

We are aware that some of you are still missing your previously purchased DLC. This makes us very sad and we just want to take a moment to assure you that we haven't forgotten about you! Please do not worry though, we are working around the clock to turn those frowns upside down! If you already own this content, you will soon once again be able to re-download it again at no extra cost to yourself.

To give you some background as to what is causing these issues. It's all about entitlements on the PlayStation Store and not a problem with the game itself. Entitle-what? I hear you say! It basically means that the Store is a bit muddled right now as to what you actually own, but it's all fixable - we promise.

What this means though is that our Game Updates that would otherwise contain bug fixes cannot fix these issues. We have to work with our PlayStation Store friends to go through the content piece by piece, for every regional store across the globe. (That's a lot of stores and a lot of content!).

If you are one of the unlucky ones and still haven?t got some of your items back just yet... Please don't give up hope! You can expect to see those remaining items coming back to you during upcoming PlayStation Store updates. Some of you will have already noticed content is becoming available again and that will continue to happen until all we can see are lots of smiles. (And no more frowns...)

We apologise for the delay in making this content available and thank you massively for your patience.

Sorry, but wasn't this supposed to be fixed two months ago? And weren't we assured it would be working by then too? I haven't had any problems with DLC, but others do.

Well, sort of. I still never had the Spacesuit costume pack in the store yet, even though you and Sumo assured it would stay online for everyone to get the chance to get it. And i also don't have my Beta Test vest yet. Which i'm really frustrated about.

Once they do, i'm hoping they throw in some free limited time DLC for everyone.. Just a suggestion Sumo

They honestly should to reward people that still have patience with the game. I doubt they will as very few game companies reward their fanbase with free produce/DLC.

Maybe a free dlc Doctor costume, since we have the patients.

I still don't have some rare items that I downloaded (The Birthday Cake and the Turkey specifically), I hope this is fixed soonly, so I can brag about my rares some more.

Almost a month since this was posted, Is everything looking good?

Now that I think about it it's been ages since I've tried to redownload everything I was missing, I'll give it a shot tomorrow to see how the store's doing.

As far as I can tell, my DLC is all there except what came on the disc with my LBP2 Special Edition. Specifically I know I'm still missing the Toy Story pack and the Move pack.

They're still working with the PlayStation Stores around the world. Many people are creating without the DLC for now though. Which i'm sure you aren't letting that stop you @Indomitus1973. It just seems silly to me when some of these people say something like "i'm holding off on LBP3 until I get my DLC back". That's up to them but it shouldn't take away from their ability to create.

Am I the only one not dealing with DLC issues? Fascinating. I have seen no problems with my DLC, aside from the one problem a long time ago with the Deep Sea Adventures pack. (I bought the whole pack, it glitched out and bought all of the costumes separate. So, I spent 1 more dollar, for no stickers.) I guess I am lucky. My game was even almost bug-free, still to this day. I even got a free Sackboy plush for pre-ordering... the PS3 version! They had extra. I just hear all over, "Sumo, fix the game!", "My game is broken.", "Fix the game, or I am not buying it" and such all over when from day one, I have been enjoying a great storyline, wonderful, charming characters, awesome new features, the new moon (which I love .), awesome new playable characters, turning my Little Toggle into a box frame... , and so forth, in a world complaining about a quote on quote, "buggy mess". I have only had fun, bug spray not needed! I have enjoyed less freezing than LBP2, more fun and witty than LBP2, charming characters returning, and more! So while people have been looking at the imperfections, I have been looking at the glimmering 9 million karat, gem quality diamond, it has some bad spots, but nothing that can not be brushed off with a little water and love. You can always find something to hate, dislike, or be 'bugged' about, even in your own home. Stop looking at the dirt, and look to the skies! The Imagisphere's the limit!

WHOA MAMA!? A bug-free copy of LBP3? IMPOSSIBLE! Where there's a game, there will most definitely be bugs, even if you don't realise them! My LBP3 is jacked up!
Keeps freezing, huge lag on multiplayer, broken player, level saying glitch (I save then play in play mode, go to create and find that it saved my play mode progress and messed up create!!!)
The animations sometimes glitch up but hey, that's just my game!
Also, I love the fact that SOMEONE looks up to LBP3 highly positive! (Trust me, I want to, but I can't, technically I can, but I wouldn't have honest feeling...)

Well I said almost bug-free, most of the bugs are bearable and I can use to my advantage, like let's say that I have a silly glitch where when I am making a cutscene, if I have Toggle, and turn him small, then place a Little Toggle animation on the sequencer with the same actor name as Big Toggle, and turn him back, play the animation, Toggle attempts to do the animation, but stretches and twists like taffy. It does not crash the game, so it can be useful! There was also a funny glitch where I placed Ballerina eyes on Big Toggle and when I turned little, Big and Little Toggle tried to combine, in result turning into a 'box frame', it was saveable! I turned back Big and I could not move my waist, open my popit, or turn small. I also had a glitch where Swoop turned invisible, went into the floor, and when Swoop tried to carry Sackboy, poof. The PlayStation freezes. My Pod also fell once... off of the string... I have photos if you want proof. My Pod also landed in the Prologue Adventure Map, that was cool, and I also have photos of that. And lastly, one time I was playing with a friend online and the game diverged, and I crashed in my Pod, my Moon was super close, and I experienced a Pod-quake... my Sackboy rotated to hit the ground and everything turned black... but other than the Hook Hat Special Character merge glitch, I have experienced none more.

I've no longer got issues with costume packs that actually show up in the store (though some of the old contest winner costumes and stuff like the santa hat & beard still aren't accounted for), but I'm still being asked to buy the Monsters kit. And I'm still waiting to see the cross-controller pack at all. Without those two, my carry-over LBP2 levels are lying dormant.

Oh, and the Run Sackboy! Run! T-shirt voucher didn't include a LBP3 version of the T-shirt.

Well can download some stuff, other stuff still can't even though I own them, no rares still, and some packs still missing entirely.

Managed to find the old LBP1 fan-designed costumes on the US web store finally.

Also found an odd bug with the Fredzilla mouth piece from the Big Hero 6 costume pack. When you put the mouth on, physics bits on glasses get enlarged to two or three times their normal size. Probably got missed because most of the available glasses don't have physics bits. The springy-eye glasses from LBP1, the Animal eyes from the Electric Mayhem pack, and the Sly Cooper mask show it off well. Especially the springy eyes; they get HUGE. Got a video of it that I'll upload later.
