For some reason it is telling me that 'The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid'... It is not a prepaid card PSN! It is a free background!

I entered the code, but its telling me this "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid." Is it a one use code I wonder? I know it shouldn't be but its not working for me :/

it must be a regional thing. maybe there was a code given out for the US but we missed it or something
