It is cool that there are more costumes in the ingamestore but i still cant download hugo costume.
I bought it twice. Each one for LBP and LBP2.
It is not available in the LBP3 ingame store. Only in the pack of all animal costumes.
In the ps store, it downloads the frog costume instead of hugo. (trying two years over and over)
Now it says that i didnt even buy it. Wooot?
I reported it about two years ago directly via email to sony.
I didnt get even an answer.
If i would buy now the whole pack, that would make a total of 10? for a single costume.

Oh my god. 10? for ONE costume pack? If they want people to actually buy this stuff, then it should at least work.

It doesent cost that much but since i payed it twice for about 2? each plus 6? for the whole pack, it would summ up to 10?.
Like i said, i bought it first for LBP1.
Since it didnt work, i was pissed but forgot that i already own it and bought it again for LBP2.
The pack costs 6? and i dont want to buy it because i dont know if it will work and dont want other costumes.

If you still have the costume in your LBP1 and LBP2 profile (and it isn't locked because you no longer own it), try importing your LBP1 and LBP2 profiles into LBP3. Also, have you checked your download lists to make sure that it's not there?

I've found that if you chat with Sony directly, they'll pay more attention to you. Here's a live support representative who you can describe the DLC issue to. If the PS Store says that you no longer own the DLC, it's not just an issue with LBP3. (if it's just an issue with LBP3, report it to Steven) If it's a problem with the PS Store, the DLC should appear in your transaction history which only they (and you) have access to, so they should be able to tell if you're telling the truth or not. I accidentally discovered a way to get free DLC by getting them to refund me the money I paid for some DLC. I was refunding some DLC that I had purchased accidentally (a few costume packs). They were already installed in LBP2, and when the guy refunded me the money and removed the DLC from my downloads list, it remained installed in LBP and actually worked without the DLC pop-ups. So much for DRM. Not that you should do it (they'll probably get suspicious after a few refunds), but it's just something interesting that I wanted to share.

This might actually work with digital games, too.

Maybe this is some retard marketing trick since many would want only the hugo for the selfmade hulk costume.
(since the rest of costumes are not so cool)
I would like to use it as perfect impersonification of any kind of management or ceo boss.
Tarsio could impersonificate the underlings. (X)
